To attach feathers or vanes to an arrow to help it fly straight. The term can also refer to the feathers on the back of an arrow themselves.

Mostly used in archery and historical contexts. 'Fletch' as a verb is rare in daily conversation; more common is the noun 'fletching' (the feathers themselves). Not to be confused with 'fetch' or 'flesh'.
