Usage Notes (Japanese)

'operating system'（オペレーティングシステム）、'operating hours'（営業時間）、'operating costs'（運営コスト）などの前に使われます。日常会話では 'working'（動いている）がよく使われますが、'operating' はより技術的・ビジネス的です。医療現場の 'operating room' などとは区別してください。
