Definition
আদালত থেকে কোনো ব্যক্তি বা সংস্থাকে কিছু করতে বা না করতে আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে নির্দেশ দেওয়া হয়, বিশেষত সুরক্ষা বা ক্ষতি রোধের জন্য।
Usage Notes (Bengali)
আইনগত প্রসঙ্গে ব্যবহৃত হয়; যেমন 'injunction জারি করা', 'temporary injunction', 'permanent injunction'। দৈনন্দিন কথোপকথনে ব্যবহৃত হয় না।
