Something that is undying lasts forever and does not end, such as strong feelings, love, or memories.
Usage & Nuances
'Undying' is formal and poetic, often used for emotions ('undying love', 'undying loyalty'). It is not used for ordinary, everyday things. Do not confuse with 'immortal' (living forever); 'undying' is mostly used figuratively.
