「understand」の過去形・過去分詞で、何かの意味を理解したり、暗黙のうちに合意や理解があったことを表します。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

「わかりました」や「理解した」はどちらも使われ、「わかりました」はビジネスや会話で承諾の意にも使う。「理解された」は受け身で合意や暗黙の了解を示す場合に用いられる。
