「touched」は実際に何かに触れることや、感情的に心を動かされることを意味します。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

物理的な「触れる」と感情的な「感動した」両方に使われます。「didn't touch」は全く触れていないことを意味します。「in touch」は別の意味なので注意しましょう。
