Definition

「スペシャルズ」とは、レストランやお店で特別価格で提供される料理や商品、またはレギュラー番組外の特別番組のことです。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

レストランやお店では複数形（lunch specials, today's specials）で使われます。テレビでは単発のスペシャル番組を指します。「special（特別な）」という形容詞とは意味が異なります。
