誰かや何かに急に強く惹かれたり、とても好きになった状態。主に恋愛の意味で使うことが多い。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

主に恋愛や何かに一目惚れしたときに使う。「smitten with～」の形が多い。長期間の愛情には使わず、突然の強い感情を表す。
