誰かがとても魅力的に思える何かによって誘惑され、してはいけないことや普段しないことをしてしまうこと。恋愛や性的な場面が多いが、道徳的に良くないことにも使われる。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

ややフォーマルまたは文学的表現。強い誘惑で倫理観が揺らぐ場合に使うことが多い。「seduced by」は恋愛以外にも「権力に誘惑される」など比喩表現にも用いる。
