空気や液体などが入ったり出たりしないようにしっかり閉じられている状態。また、公式に封印されたり、印が押されている場合にも使われる。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

「sealed」は「sealed bottle」「sealed envelope」「sealed room」などに使われ、普通の「closed」よりもしっかり閉じた、または公式に封印した意味を強調します。公式文書では未公開・極秘も表します。
