Definition

الادعاء هو سلوك أو كلام غير حقيقي يتم إظهاره وكأنه حقيقي من أجل إخفاء الحقيقة أو المشاعر الحقيقية.

Usage Notes (Arabic)

'Pretense' كلمة رسمية وتستخدم غالباً في سياقات سلبية وتوحي بعدم الإخلاص. التعبيرات الشائعة: 'under the pretense of' (بحجة أنّ)، 'make a pretense of'. لا تخلطها مع الفعل 'pretend'.
