주로 구어체에서 사용하며, '계속 귀찮게 하다', '질문으로 괴롭히다'와 같이 쓴다. 보통 집요함이 느껴지며, '괴롭힘'보다는 약하지만 단순히 '묻다'보다는 강한 어조가 있다.
