Misunderstanding वह स्थिति है जब लोग एक-दूसरे को सही तरह से नहीं समझते, या कोई किसी बात का गलत अर्थ लगा लेता है। यह छोटी और आसानी से सुलझने वाली भी हो सकती है, या ज़्यादा गंभीर होकर समस्या पैदा कर सकती है।

Usage Notes (Hindi)

Common pattern: 'a misunderstanding between A and B' और 'it was all a misunderstanding'। यह आम तौर पर किसी खास communication problem के लिए कहा जाता है, न कि सामान्य जानकारी की कमी के लिए। इसे अक्सर conflict को हल्का दिखाने के लिए भी इस्तेमाल किया जाता है, यानी किसी की बुरी नीयत नहीं थी।
