Investigation किसी बात के तथ्य, कारण या सच्चाई का पता लगाने की सावधानीपूर्वक प्रक्रिया है। यह अक्सर पुलिस, पत्रकारों, वैज्ञानिकों या संस्थाओं द्वारा किसी अपराध, समस्या, दुर्घटना या असामान्य घटना के बाद की जाती है।
