다른 사람의 감정이나 상황에 신경을 쓰지 않는 태도를 말합니다. 신체적인 감각이 둔한 상태를 지칭할 때도 사용합니다.
Usage Notes (Korean)
주로 'insensitive comment'처럼 사회적 상황이나 감정에 둔한 사람을 말할 때 사용됩니다. 물리적으로 감각이 둔할 때도 쓰입니다. '잔인하다'만큼 강하지 않습니다.
