نظرة طويلة وثابتة إلى شيء أو شخص ما، غالباً بتركيز أو إعجاب أو دهشة.

Usage Notes (Arabic)

أكثر تعمداً واستمراراً من "look" أو "glance". يمكن أن يكون اسماً وفعلاً. عبارات شائعة: "gaze into someone's eyes"، "avert one's gaze"، "under the public gaze". في السياقات الأكاديمية، "the male gaze" يشير إلى تصوير الأشياء من منظور ذكوري.
