Usage Notes (Turkish)
Sıklıkla 'an exception to' + kural şeklinde kullanılır: 'Bu kuralın istisnası.' Sıkça geçen ifadeler: 'with the exception of', 'make an exception', 'no exception'. 'Excuse' ile karıştırmayın; 'exception' kuralı değiştirme ya da hariç tutma anlamı taşır.
