Definition

Dusting का मतलब सतहों से धूल हटाना होता है, आमतौर पर कपड़े या ब्रश से। इसका मतलब किसी चीज़ की हल्की पाउडर जैसी परत भी हो सकता है।

अधिकतर घर की सतहों की हल्की सफाई के लिए इस्तेमाल होता है। यह शब्द कभी-कभी 'हल्की परत' के भाव में भी आता है (जैसे बर्फ की)। इसकी तुलना में डीप क्लीनिंग अलग होती है।
