주로 의료, 여행, 스트레스 상황에서 공식적으로 사용됨. '느끼다', '되다', '보이다'와 자주 쓰이며, 속어는 아님. 물리적 방향 상실이나 정신적 혼란 모두 설명할 수 있음.
