Kostüm; bir karakteri, hayvanı ya da bir dönemi canlandırmak için, özellikle parti, tiyatro veya filmde giyilen özel kıyafettir.
Usage Notes (Turkish)
Genellikle 'kostüm' günlük kıyafetten farklıdır ve eğlence, oyun veya temsillerde kullanılır. Sıklıkla 'Cadılar Bayramı kostümü', 'kostüm partisi', 'kostüm tasarımcısı' gibi ifadelerde geçer. 'Custom' (gelenek) ile karıştırmayın.
