Usage Notes (Korean)

주로 ‘on’이나 ‘for’와 함께 성취 내용을 붙여 사용 ('congratulated her on her promotion'). 공식적이고 격식을 차리는 상황에서 자주 사용. ‘praise’보다 성취에 더 초점이 있다.
