누군가의 성공이나 좋은 소식, 특별한 성취에 대해 기쁜 마음을 표현하는 것. 주로 좋은 일이 생긴 사람에게 사용합니다.

주로 ‘congratulate someone on something’처럼 ‘on’을 붙여 씁니다. ‘congrats!’ 보다는 더 공식적인 표현입니다. 이벤트 자체가 아니라 사람에게 사용하세요.
