「condition」は物事の状態や様子を表します。また、何かをするために満たさなければならない条件・規則という意味もあります。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

「in good/bad condition」は「良い／悪い状態」の意味です。「on condition that」は「〜という条件で」を表します。医療では「medical condition」で病気や長期的な問題を指します。
