男性の陰茎が硬くなることを表す俗語です。稀に、愚かな失敗の意味でも使われます。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
かなり下品な表現で、男性同士の冗談や仲間内で使われます。「失敗」の意味は今ではほぼ使われません。公的な場では絶対に避けてください。
