イギリスやオーストラリアで男性をカジュアルに指す言葉です。主に日常会話や友達同士で使われます。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

男性に対してのみ使い、親しみやカジュアルな雰囲気があります。アメリカ英語の 'guys' や 'dudes' にあたります。女性には使いません。
