참석하다돌보다

Definition

행사, 수업, 모임 등에 가서 자리하는 것. 때로는 누군가를 돌보거나 문제를 처리하는 의미로도 사용된다.

보통 'attend class', 'attend a meeting'처럼 자리에 있는 것을 의미한다. 'attend to'는 좀 더 격식 있게 문제나 환자를 돌볼 때 쓴다. 'join'(가입하다)와 혼동하지 말 것.

I attend English class every Tuesday.

나는 매주 화요일 영어 수업에 **참석한다**.

Many parents attended the school meeting.

많은 학부모들이 학교 모임에 **참석했다**.

A nurse will attend to you soon.

곧 간호사가 당신을 **돌볼 것**입니다.
