Definition

কাউকে কিছু গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয় জানিয়ে আরও বেশি মানুষকে তা জানানোর কাজ। এতে সাধারণত তথ্য বা খবর ছড়িয়ে পড়ে সবাই জানতে পারে।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

অফিস, প্রচারাভিযান বা ইভেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে প্রায়শই ব্যবহৃত হয়। "rumor" ছড়ানো অর্থ নেতিবাচক; "spread the word" সাধারণত ইতিবাচক খবর বা দরকারি তথ্যের জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয়।
