Definition

有平頭或圓頭的小釘子，用來把紙、布等固定在板子等表面上。“Tacks”是“tack”的複數。

幾乎總是用複數（tacks）。常見於辦公室、學校、家庭或手工活動。與 thumbtacks（圖釘）和 push pins（大頭針）類似但可能外觀不同。不要與“tax”（稅）、“tactic”（策略）混淆。也常用於“get down to brass tacks”這句話裡，意思是討論重點。
