ワインやブドウジュースの上に唱えられる、ユダヤ教の安息日や祝日を神聖にするための祈りです。伝統的に金曜日の夜や祝祭の食事で行われる大切な儀式です。

「キッドゥーシュ」はユダヤ教儀式の固有用語で、日常的には使われません。祈りそのものや、それを行う集まり全体を指すこともあります。
