とても小さくて重要でない、または辺鄙な町を指す俗語で、冗談や軽く見て使うことが多い表現です。

非常にくだけた、アメリカ英語中心の表現です。「田舎暮らし」や小さな町をからかったり、小馬鹿にする時に使います。実際の地名には使いません。
