緊張や忙しさの後にリラックスすること。また、巻かれた物をほどくこと。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

非公式な場面でリラックスを表すときによく使います（例：'I need to unwind after work'）。巻かれた物を解く時も使いますが、フォーマルな文脈にはあまり用いません。
