मुख्य रूप से लॉजिस्टिक्स, डिलीवरी और शिपिंग में इस्तेमाल होता है। 'loading and unloading' (लोडिंग और अनलोडिंग) वाक्यांश आम है। यह केवल सामान उतारने के लिए है, चढ़ाने के लिए नहीं। प्रायः शाब्दिक अर्थ में प्रयोग होता है।
