物が完全に壊れていること、または人がひどく酔っ払っていることを表します。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

非公式な表現です。部屋や車などがひどく壊れている時や、人が泥酔している時によく使います。パソコンで「削除」された時の意味とは違います。
