Definition

উইল একটি আইনগত ডকুমেন্ট যা মৃত্যুর পর কারো সম্পত্তি কিভাবে বিতরণ হবে তা জানায়। এটি কোনো কিছুর শক্ত প্রমাণ হিসেবেও ব্যবহার হয়।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

'Testament' একটি আনুষ্ঠানিক শব্দ, সাধারণত আইনি প্রসঙ্গে ব্যবহৃত হয় ('last will and testament')। রূপক অর্থে 'জোরালো প্রমাণ' হিসেবেও ব্যবহৃত হয়। সাধারণ কথায় 'উইল' বা 'প্রমাণ' বলা হয়।
