厳しくルールや基準を守る様子。または、限定された意味で「〜だけ」と強調する時にも使う。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

「strictly necessary」「strictly forbidden」などのように形容詞の前で使うことが多い。「strictly speaking」で「厳密に言えば」という意味。「strictly business」は「仕事だけ」のニュアンス。
