Definition

蒸気で調理した食品などを指す。また、口語で非常に怒っている状態も表す。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

主に食品（蒸し野菜・蒸しご飯など）に使う。アメリカ英語の口語では「怒っている」意味もある。機械で蒸気を出す際には用いない。「steamy」とは異なる意味。
