Definition

무언가를 갑자기 힘을 써서 빠르게 빼앗거나 잡는 것. 기회를 재빨리 잡을 때도 사용함.

Usage Notes (Korean)

대개 비격식적으로 사용되며 빠르고 힘이 들어가는 느낌이 있다. 'snatch up', 'snatch away', 'snatch victory'처럼 함께 쓰인다. 'catch'보다 덜 중립적이고 더 즉각적이다.
