“sighs” in Turkish
Definition
Yorgunluk, üzüntü, rahatlama veya hayal kırıklığı gibi duyguları göstermek için derin bir nefes alıp vermek veya bu sesi çıkarmak. Fiil olarak böyle nefes alıp vermek anlamında kullanılır.
Usage Notes (Turkish)
Hem gerçek hem de duygusal durumlarda kullanılır. 'let out a sigh', 'deep sigh', 'sigh with relief' gibi ifadelerde sık geçer. 'sign' kelimesiyle karıştırılmamalı; telaffuzları benzerdir.
