Definition

কাঁধ হল দেহের সেই অংশ যা গলা ও বাহুর মধ্যে অবস্থিত। পোশাকের ওই অংশ বা রাস্তার ধারের পাশকেও বোঝাতে পারে।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

সাধারণত কাঁধ মানে দেহের অংশ বোঝায়। 'hurt your shoulder', 'shrug your shoulders' ইত্যাদিতে ব্যবহৃত হয়। ক্রিয়া হিসাবে 'shoulder' মানে দায়িত্ব নেওয়া, যেমন 'shoulder the blame'।
