شعور أو إحساس تجاه شيء ما، أو رأي يتأثر بالمشاعر وليس فقط بالحقائق.

Usage Notes (Arabic)

كلمة "sentiment" رسمية وتستخدم غالباً في الكتابة أو الخطاب الجاد. تعبر عن مشاعر عميقة أو عن آراء متأثرة بالعواطف (مثل "public sentiment"). لا تخلطها مع "sentimental" (عاطفي بشكل مبالغ فيه).
