Definition

物を置いたり収納したりするための構造で、バーや棚枠などからできています。服や食器、店舗やキッチンなどに使われることが多いです。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

複数形で使われることが多く（clothes racksなど）、ジムやお店、家庭など様々な場面で見られます。平らな棚（shelf）とは異なり、区切りや仕切りがある場合が多いです。スラングの意味は避けてください。
