Savcı, ceza davalarında devleti temsil eden ve suçlunun suçunu kanıtlamaya çalışan hukukçudur.

Usage Notes (Turkish)

Genellikle hukuki bağlamda kullanılır. 'Defans avukatı' teriminin zıttı olarak geçer. ABD'de 'district attorney' de savcı olarak değerlendirilir; farklı ülkelerde unvanlar ve görevler farklı olabilir.
