提案は公式な提案や計画、申出のことです。また、論理や学術では、真偽を判断できる命題や主張の意味もあります。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

ビジネスや学問、法律、論理学などフォーマルな場面でよく使われます。日常会話では「提案」や「オファー」などが一般的です。論理では「命題」を使います。
