「プロット」は物語の出来事の流れ、何か悪いことを企む計画、あるいは小さな土地の区画のこと。どの意味かは文脈で決まります。

物語や映画では「筋書き」として使われることが多いです。「陰謀」は悪意を含む秘密の計画。「区画」は「a plot of land」など、土地に使う表現。動詞として「密かに計画する」意味もあります。
