Definition
「nursed」は病人やけが人の世話をした、または赤ちゃんに授乳したことを表す過去形です。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
フォーマル・インフォーマルどちらでも使います。「nursed him back to health」は回復するまで世話した、「nursed a baby」は授乳を意味します。飲み物などを長く持つ場合にも使われますが、職業的な看護師だけを指しません。
