Definition

柔らかくて水分が多く、形のない塊やペーストのような物を指します。主にお粥やつぶれてどろどろになった食べ物に使われます。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

「どろどろ」「ぐちゃぐちゃ」は料理が煮崩れた時や、非常に柔らかくなった食感に使われます。比喩的に「頭がどろどろ」などでも使えます。
