錠や同様の仕組みで物や場所を安全にする、または使えないようにすること。主にドアや窓、デジタル機器などに使われます。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

主に「ドアを施錠する」「スマホをロックする」など、物理的・デジタルの安全の文脈で使います。感情や抽象的な事には使いません。
