Definition
La justicia es la equidad en la forma en que se trata a las personas y se toman las decisiones. También se refiere al esfuerzo del sistema legal por castigar las acciones incorrectas y proteger los derechos de las personas.
Usage Notes (Spanish)
Se usa mucho en contextos serios, sociales, políticos y legales. Frases comunes: 'social justice', 'criminal justice', 'bring someone to justice' y 'justice system'. No la confundas con 'fairness': 'justice' es más amplia y suele tener un sentido legal o moral.
