Bilgi almak veya gerçeği ortaya çıkarmak için bir kişiye çok sayıda ve ayrıntılı soru sorma işi. Genellikle resmi ya da polis ortamında kullanılır.

Genellikle resmi, polis veya askeri bağlamda kullanılır. 'Şüpheliyi sorguya çekmek' sık kullanılan bir ifadedir. Günlük konuşmada nadiren ve genellikle mecaz anlamda geçer.
