কাউকে কোনো তথ্য বা খবর আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে বা স্পষ্টভাবে জানানো। সাধারণভাবে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ কিছু জানানো হয়।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

'Inform' তুলনামূলকভাবে 'tell'-এর চেয়ে বেশি আনুষ্ঠানিক। যেমন 'inform someone about something' বা 'inform someone that...' খুব ব্যবহৃত হয়। অফিসিয়াল নোটিশ, ইমেইল বা গ্রাহক সেবায় এটা বেশি শোনা যায়।
